Stroller Advice

I need a little advice about strollers. This might get long, so consider yourself warned. Here is my dilemma: I have three stollers. Two umbrella, and one big one that came with our travel system. I love all of these strollers and love having the option of picking one that best fits my need when I go out. However, as Devan has gotten older it has gotten harder for us to do outdoorsy things with her because a) our strollers are not all terrain, and b) she no longer fits in any type of carrier. This means that things like hiking and camping are out of the question. SO I decided to look at some jogging/all terrain strollers. The more I looked at them, the more I realized that if I do buy another stoller I will have 4 strollers for only one child. I also realized that we do plan on having another child sooner rather than later and then I will have to buy yet another stroller, only a double stroller. Then I would have 5 strollers! I don't think I can handle having 5 strollers. So then I got to thinking that maybe I could just buy a double all terrain stroller which solves both of my problems. Is it silly to have a double stroller when you only have a single child? And will an all terrain double stroller be okay when doing non all terrain activities, such as walking through the mall? If there is anyone out there that has a double stroller or an all terrain, or an all terrain double stroller, please let me know what you think. This is the one we looked at. Thanks!

I totally know what you mean. We just bought our 4th stroller - the Graco Quattro Tour Duo stroller. It isn't all terrain, so I don't think it's what you are looking for. As for regular double strollers, though, it got great reviews, has 20% smaller fold than other doubles, fits our infant carseat, and a friend of ours has it and loves it.

As for jogging strollers, I have seen attachments that you can put on the back of a single jogger stroller, like this one http://www.babybungalow.com/phandtee3foi8.html (although, this one seems a little pricey - I would think you could find a cheaper one). I'm not sure how kids like it (it seems the one in back wouldn't be able to see much) or how comfy it is, but I've seen them around here, and the kids in them didn't seem to be complaining.

    Good luck!

Well...I HAVE NO IDEA! This reminds me of the riddle my Dad used to tell me about the fox, the bag of corn, and the duck. You have to get everything across the lake but you can only take one thing at a time, and you don't want the fox to eat the duck, or the duck to eat the corn, while you are taking the third thing across. I figured that out...but I think this is one step up. GOOD LUCK! Speaking of LUCK and the LUCKY IRISH your webpage is AMAZING! I am GREEN with envy!
    HAHAHAHAHH!
    Much love!
